Built 1970 . Affordable estate  Pinglewick Hamlet. An award at the time for design but no insulation and very basically built. Double brick built. Slate roof. Traditional wood floors, concrete foundations.

Cavity wall insulation,loft insulation and double glazing since then.

Changes 2020:. extension .slate roof with insulation Double breeze block with  insulation.Flooring  with insulation.

Flooring insulation extended throughout the house under wooden flooring.

Loft insulation increased to maximum

- at roof level.(insulation blocks between rafters and under board and  up to floor joists.

 - Loft also boarded over joists with insulation under

EPC  originally C increased to B+

Main energy  source Gas Central Heating. Recently replaced did not need to be changed.

And Solar panels with battery installed

On Agile Octopus  energy feed in tariff.
